To get started, fill in the following
documents (click on PDFs to download forms) and mail with the requested
attachments to our office:
- Rebate Application form
- Purchase Agreement or Service Agreement
- Assignment Form
- Send in with copies of your
- Driver license (front and back) of both home owners
- Rates notice
- If your home is over 20 years old,
please send in photos of the meter box and your property on the north
facing side (Open the meter box with care and take a photo. Do
not tamper or touch any of the equipment.)
1. Prevailing Conditions
You need a north facing roof
With at least 8m2 to 16 m2
You must have a good sturdy roof and
No overhanging trees.
2. Installation Conditions
We provide a standard installation with the following exclusions:
- Meter costs this is billed to you by your energy company
- Any fees imposed by the local electricity distributor and/or the building's electricity provider;
- Any earthworks, trenching or ground breaking required for the installation this would quoted as a separate item
- Any switchboard modification required to house the system's fusing, isolator, signage and energy meter
- Installation AC and/or DC wiring in excess of 50 metres total
We can install in areas up to 250 kilometers
from a major CBD eg. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth,
Hobart and Darwin. For distances greater than this you must call
us first to check whether we can service your area.
3. Rebates
To qualify for the $8,000 Australian Government Solar Homes and Community Program (SHCP):
- Your family must earn less than $100,000 in taxable income in the previous tax year;
- The system must be installed on your primary place of residence;
- This is your first Solar Power rebate application;
- You must obtain pre-approval we do that for you.

The maximum rebate is $8,000 subject to meeting the guidelines.
